Add cow power to your program with this stylish black heifer.  She’s out of one of our most consistent brood cows who has produced an outstanding calf every year, including HS Lovestruck (NWSS Division Champion), Mercury of Highland Spice (NWSS Reserve Division Champion) and HS Nori (NWSS Division Champion).  Mairi, like her mother Flatheads Ostag and grandmother H.S. Vivian is a big ribbed, easy fleshing, efficient cow.  This calf comes from a dam with a great udder and good feet who does her job as a cow without causing us any extra work.  Paired with Highland Spice Hickory’s outstanding functional maternal genetics and Uallach Dubh 6th of Pollok paternal grandsire, you cannot go wrong with Patchouli.  She is as good as any heifer calf we kept this year.  We decided to consign her to the National Sale because we have used these genetics as the foundation of our herd — here is your chance to do the same.  Full sibling to Highland Spice Mercury – semen is Lot 77 in the National Sale.
