Highland Spice Beef

We occasionally have Certified Quality Highland Beef for sale.  We sell whole beef, half beef, and cuts depending on availability.  Our beef is grass finished, humanely raised, and delicious!  Highland beef is known to be lower in cholesterol and higher in “good fats” than other beef.  At this time we do not ship by the cut (you cannot order one steak, for example) and we do not ship out of state.  If you live out-of-state and are interested in purchasing a live steer on the hoof for processing, that may be possible.  Please contact us for more information.
